Dear parents and students,
Please take note that the coming swimming assessment/ test will be conducted at Woodlands Swimming Complex during the student's lesson day.
Date: 3rd Week of Feb 2022 (Between 14th Feb & 20th Feb 2022).
We will conduct the test during the student’s usual swimming lesson day and time. The test fee will be $25 for each stage with a certificate award and woven badge.
Students have to register for the test within 2 days of receiving this form and make payment together with the usual swimming lessons fee. Only those students who are ready and recommended by the coach can register for this swim test.
Late registration and/or payment will result in the eventual cancellation of your child's test.
Students who are unable to make it on the actual test date for any reason can request another date stated above. Thanks.
