Swimming is a famous sport. It is also a good exercise to keep our body fit. Regular swimming provides much benefit to our body. It is an exciting sport. Many people are involved with it. Swimming is a popular and relaxing exercise. It is practiced from ancient time. Swimming is essential to save people when any vehicles sink in water. Swimming was just an exercise at past, but now it has been perceived as a sport. Swimming is easy to learn. It takes few hours and some certain techniques to learn it. Interest is the main factor to learn swimming. At first you have to go into water and try to swim. This helps you learn it quickly and easily.

Tips for floating
